Internship for National Applicants

faith Bangladesh is committed to helping students transition from academic life to professional careers by offering them valuable industrial experience. Each year, students from various national and international institutions visit Faith Bangladesh to gain practical insights and prepare for their professional journeys. To ensure a productive internship experience, interns are expected to adhere to office hours and maintain punctuality and professionalism, mirroring the behavior expected in a professional setting. Adhering to professional etiquette and the organization's code of conduct is mandatory.

 

Students interested in interning at Faith Bangladesh must apply with supporting documents from their institutions, including an institutional recommendation and their CV. Once an application is received online, it will be assessed, and an internship supervisor will be assigned. The intern will then be contacted to join the program. Upon joining, attending a mandatory code of conduct session is required. This session will cover the intern's roles, organizational rules, and responsibilities.

Management:

Interns will gain experience in strategic planning, operations management, and organizational leadership. They will learn how to oversee projects, manage resources, and optimize business processes to achieve organizational goals.

 

Human Resources:

Interns will engage in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. They will learn about HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in maintaining a productive workforce.

 

Education & Training:

Interns will assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs. They will gain skills in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and training delivery to enhance learning outcomes.

 

Occupational Therapy:

Interns will work with professionals to help individuals develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. They will learn about therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies for various conditions.

 

Speech & Language Therapy:

Interns will support speech-language pathologists in diagnosing and treating communication disorders. They will gain hands-on experience with therapy techniques to assist individuals with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.

 

Special Education:

Interns will work with educators to support students with special needs. They will learn about individualized education plans (IEPs), inclusive teaching strategies, and how to create supportive learning environments.

 

e-Health:

Interns will explore the use of information and communication technologies in healthcare. They will be involved in projects related to telemedicine, electronic health records, and digital health innovations to improve healthcare delivery.

 

Climate Change:

Interns will participate in research and initiatives aimed at understanding and mitigating the impacts of climate change. They will learn about environmental policies, sustainable practices, and climate resilience strategies.

 

Clinical Trials:

Interns will assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials. They will gain insights into regulatory requirements, data collection, and analysis methods essential for advancing medical research.

 

Monitoring & Evaluation:

Interns will work on evaluating the effectiveness of programs and projects. They will learn about various evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and reporting techniques to assess outcomes and improve performance.

 

Non-Communicable Diseases Research, Bangladesh (CNCDR,B):

This area focuses on research and intervention strategies for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic respiratory diseases, cancer, and mental health issues. Interns will engage in interdisciplinary research and public health initiatives aimed at reducing NCD risks and promoting health.

 

Universal Health Coverage (UHC):

This area emphasizes the development of policies and programs to achieve affordable, quality healthcare for all. Interns will participate in research, advocacy, and capacity-building activities to promote UHC, focusing on health economics and health system management.
