Tuly Dhar is a reputed occupational therapist in the field of autism and neuro-developmental disorders (ANDD) in Bangladesh. She completed her graduation in Clinical Occupational Therapy from the Center for the Rehabilitation of the Paralyzed (CRP) under Dhaka University and recently attained a Master’s degree in Disaster Management from the same University.

She is highly skilled and experienced in paediatric occupational therapy for the special need children with different abilities. Over the period of two years, Tuly has been serving special children at faith Bangladesh to address their needs with an aim to bring them into the mainstream education and make them self-reliant.
